This brand new Level 3 course in Games Development is exclusively designed to practically introduce students to the games industry from the beginning, and prepares them with the theoretical knowledge and practical skills to smoothly and successfully transition into Higher Education courses.
Students learn about the games development process through creative project based learning that includes lectures, workshops and tutorials on game design, programming, graphics and audio. Students also learn complementary skills such as project management, market research and pitching, all of which are essential for a successful career in the industry. This FE programme is taught by the same world-class games industry professionals that teach on our Higher Education programmes.
